QUALIFICATIONS:  
B Com, LLB and MEnvLS
 

BACKGROUND:

Craig obtained a BCom and LLB from Auckland University.

He commenced working for the Insolvency and Trustee Service in 1996 dealing with bankruptcy and liquidations issues. 

In 1999 he joined Corban Revell's civil litigation team with a focus on insolvency.

Between 2004 and 2009 Craig worked for Martelli McKegg Lawyers. There he undertook civil litigation with a focus on both insolvency and resource management. During this time he obtained a Masters in Environmental Law from Auckland University Law School.

SPECIALISATION:  

Craig works as an associate for our civil litigation team. He has:

• Extensive court experience
• Conducted a number of leaky home claims
• A substantial amount of experience dealing with insolvency issues
• A Masters in Environmental Law
• Conducted a number of litigation proceedings dealing with claims in excess of a million dollars 

OUTSIDE CR:

Craig is a member of both:

• Insol (Involvency interest group for lawyers and accountants)
• Resource Management Law Association

He also enjoys going to the gym.
